The Dementia Small Grants round is a branch of the Let’s Build Health Grants, and are available to help create opportunities and develop local activity that improves health and wellbeing for people living with dementia and their carers.
You can apply for up to £1,500 for activities to support people with the dementia and/or their carers, for new activities, or to make current activities, organisations or buildings more dementia friendly.
The deadline for applications has been extended until 30th September 2021.
