Welcome to the team!

Here at SOAR, we are constantly evolving and changing in the pursuit of excellence. To help achieve this, our recruitment processes are about getting the right people, to fit the right posts. Here is an introduction to the latest members of our team:

Daniel Clayton - Welfare Coach (Homewards Service Navigator)

ree

I will be working for the Homewards team to help families settle into their new homes. The Homewards project is aimed at preventing homelessness and providing wraparound support for families who are otherwise on the brink of homelessness. You can read more about the Homewards project here.

SOAR seems a very exciting progressive  place to work for. There is loads happening in the local community. At the moment I am still wrapping my head around what SOAR offers because there is a lot!

Outside of work I like to bike, walk, and in general keep active.

Keeley Fairfax - Family Coach

ree

I will be providing support to the local community to help families with their wellbeing and help sustain changes. I am really interested and excited to be involved with the Mindful Mamas project that the Family Coaches run.

I am excited to work with families, the community and the SOAR team! To provide the valuable support to families and to see the difference we make in families' lives.

Outside of work I like to go walking and anything that includes adventure, I love anything that involves being outdoors and meeting new people.
