Lauren Travis - Dementia Support Worker

I am the new Dementia Peer Support Worker, working within the local community, supporting those living with dementia and their carers living within the SAPA5 and Foundry areas.

I can't wait to start contributing to the great work being done within SOAR!

I enjoy spending time with my partner and children, reading, walking the dogs, and watching our chickens.
