Caroline Chartier - Business Development Coordinator

My role is covering the Business Development Coordinator for Amy who is on maternity leave until next spring. This role involves producing monitoring reports and database management for SOAR. I’m really excited to meet everyone in the team and find out how they are supporting our clients and doing great things in the community!

In my spare time I love travelling, cooking, reading and you’ll find me at the cinema most weekends 😊

Holly Butler - Apprentice Centre Co-ordinator

I will be working on the reception desk and helping out around SOAR Works.

I am excited to learn about SOAR and get to know this area and the community, as well as complete my apprenticeship.

Outside of work I am in a band and enjoy music and films, and I absolutely adore my friends!
