Aasha - Social Prescribing Link Worker
Aasha joins the team as a Social Prescribing Link Worker for the Foundry Primary Care Network. Our Link Workers triage referrals and carry out assessments over the phone or face-to-face, to find out how we can help and then use that information to signpost to a service who can best meet the individual's needs.
I am hoping to expand my knowledge and experience at SOAR. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming in my first week here which I really appreciate.
Outside of work I love shopping, travelling, food, cinemas and swimming!
Sophia Zubair - Social Prescribing Link Worker
Sophia also joins the team as a Social Prescribing Link Worker for the Foundry Primary Care Network.
I have previous experience with Rotherham Social Prescribing and am now hoping to expand further with the knowledge and skills I can bring to the team, as well as learning from others.
My first week has gone well, the staff have been really welcoming and supportive.
I love socialising and meeting people, travelling, and I love exercising - I have a home built gym!
