Wellbeing Wednesdays

Starting 13th April 2022 at The Learning Zone, our Wellbeing Coaches will be holding a session each Wednesday for local people to come together, support each other and get active in a relaxed and enjoyable group! It's free for anyone, you will just need to complete a referral form to SOAR, if you're not already a client of ours.


There will be a team of Wellbeing Coaches on hand using their health coaching skills to support you to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active participants so that you can reach your own health and wellbeing goals.


What can you expect?

There'll be a mix of activity taster sessions and information sessions at our Wellbeing Wednesdays.

  • Taster sessions - Pilates, Circuit Training, Badminton, Chair Aerobics, local walks, learn to ride a bike, social bike rides, indoor golf, Chair Beach Volleyball, Fruit Bingo, Mindfulness & lots more on offer!

  • Information sessions – Managing Diabetes, healthy heart, weight loss, Live Lighter weight management, benefits of exercise for good mental health, portion size/control & more useful tips.
