Wellbeing Wednesdays - The Result!

Last week our Wellbeing Coaches held their first Wellbeing Wednesday session, where local people can come together, support each other in getting active in new ways!


The team really enjoyed themselves at the activities:

  • Soccercise

  • Noughts & crosses

  • Janine told everyone about what the Wellbeing Coaches do

  • Lynn showed us how to skip!

  • Chiara spoke about our Live Lighter programme and offered some weigh-ins



Each week, our Wellbeing Coaches will be there using their health coaching skills to support you to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence so that you can reach your own health and wellbeing goals, try new things and meet new people.
