Today is Social Prescribing Day 2026 and we want to celebrate our Social Prescribing Link Workers! They are the first point of contact for the majority of the people we support, and they do a fantastic job of working out what issues need addressing and what service is the best placed to help with that, whether that's within SOAR or another local service. Ever since he came to the UK in October 2022, he has not been in work.
